Jeremy Valcin has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at DynEmac and later as a Human Resources Intern at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. From 2017 to 2017, they served as an International Business Consultant at X-Culture. In 2018, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at InsuranceHub. Currently, they are employed at RentPath as a Customer Services Specialist since September 2019. Prior to their professional roles, they worked at Publix Super Markets as a Customer Service Cashier from 2011 to 2017. Through these roles, Jeremy has gained experience in customer service, marketing, and international business consultancy.

Jeremy Valcin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at Georgia Gwinnett College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications, including HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Human Resources: Protecting Confidentiality, Administrative Human Resources, Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources: Payroll, Email Marketing Certification, Social Media Certification, and Google Analytics Certification. Jeremy Valcin also participated in the X-Culture Global Collaboration program led by Dr. Vas Taras in December 2017.
