Senior Vice President - Client Experience at Rent.

Robert Kocerha has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies. Robert currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Client Experience at Rent., where they have been working since June 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President - Client Experience at the same company from March 2022 to June 2022. Starting in May 2018, Robert worked as Vice President - Rent Inside Sales at Rent. until February 2022.

Before joining Rent., Robert founded and served as the President of The Business Conductor LLC from December 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they provided operational consulting services to companies with revenues of up to $300MM. Additionally, they engaged in publishing articles, counseling executives, and mentoring young adults through the "Year Up" organization.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Robert worked at Allconnect for ten years. Robert held various high-level roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP & COO) from January 2015 to November 2017. As the COO, they were responsible for overseeing the enterprise operations, which served as the economic engine for the business. Their responsibilities also included leading the inside sales and customer service operations, contact center operations, and the mover business profit and loss (P&L). Before that, Robert served as the Senior Vice President - Revenue Operations and Customer Service, Vice President - Revenue Assurance and Process Improvement, and Vice President - Financial Operations during their tenure at Allconnect.

Robert began their career at Verizon in 1995, where they held the position of Executive Manager - Financial Operations. Robert worked in various roles over a period of twelve years, specializing in B2B special pricing and billing implementation for the company's largest business customers.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations, customer experience, revenue management, and process improvement.

Robert Kocerha obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
