Valentine Pajer

Valentine Pajer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career with Cushman Lumber Company as a Lumber Trader from August 2002 to August 2006. They then transitioned to Staples Business Advantage, where they held multiple management positions. At Staples, their roles included Sr. Business Analyst, Manager Contract Strategy-Print, Manager Process Excellence, Manager Territory and Quota Administration, Sr. Manager Sales Operations, and Sr. Manager Compensation and Quota Admin. In these roles, Valentine was responsible for various tasks such as developing operational processes, managing contractual obligations, formulating strategies, and leading teams.

Valentine then joined Philips, where they served as the COE Lead - Anaplan from December 2019 to June 2021. They also worked as the Director, Sales Incentives Transformation from June 2021 to June 2022. During their tenure at Philips, Valentine played a key role in transforming sales incentives and leading the Anaplan team.

Their most recent position is with Rent., where they currently hold the position of Director Sales Planning, Performance & Analytics starting from June 2022.

Valentine Pajer attended Fitchburg State University from 1998 to 2003, earning a B.S. degree in Business Management. In addition to their academic background, Valentine also obtained certifications in Advanced Anaplanner and Certified Anaplanner from Anaplan in June 2016 and May 2016, respectively.
