Adam Olien

Adam Olien is the current CTO at Rentable. Adam has previous experience working as an engineer at Nextpoint and as a software intern at PTC. At Nextpoint, they developed web applications for litigation purposes. This included full stack development and working with all aspects of the project, from dev ops to ruby to css. One of their major projects involved using algorithmic principles to determine if several documents were similar. This allowed clients to catch potentially privileged documents and prevent them from being used in court. At PTC, Olien began their internship as a member of the build checkout team. Their position eventually evolved to focus more on web based internal tool development. This included several php and perl projects.

Adam Olien's educational career began with him earning a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Adam then went on to earn a Computer Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
