Kelly B. Coffman

Kelly B. Coffman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Kelly B. started their career in 2006 as a Realtor's Office Manager at Jina O'Brien. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at WER Real Estate Group, LLC as a Transaction & Marketing Coordinator, where they specialized in investment properties and creative strategies. In 2008, they also worked at HomeVestors as a Sales Coordinator, where they assisted home buyers and provided guidance on credit issues.

In 2011, Kelly joined Capital One as a Project Coordinator before transitioning to HomeVestors as a Marketing Coordinator, where they worked until 2016. Kelly B. then joined Renters Warehouse in 2015 as a Rent Estate Advisor (Property Manager), responsible for managing lease modifications, property maintenance, and more. Kelly B. later transitioned to the role of Property Management Executive in 2019 and became the Director of Operations in January 2022.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in property management, sales, marketing, and coordinating real estate transactions. Kelly B. Coffman has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1998, they started attending WPHS, where they continued their studies until 2003. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. In 2004, Coffman enrolled at Rappahannock Community College and earned an Associates Degree in Arts & Sciences in 2007.

Following their time at Rappahannock Community College, Coffman attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2007 to 2010. Here, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History.

In 2016, Coffman enhanced their professional credentials by becoming a member of the National Association of Property Managers. Additionally, they obtained a License as a Salesperson from Moseley Real Estate Schools, Inc. in March 2016.
