Pete Shrader

Pete Shrader is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management, investment sales, and mortgage financing. Currently serving as a Rent Estate Advisor at Renters Warehouse since October 2011, Pete specializes in assisting homeowners and investors in generating positive cash flow through tenant placement and portfolio liquidation. Prior to this role, Pete held positions in property management at Choice Property Management, loan officer roles at LendSmart Mortgage and Lifetime Mortgage Corporation, and real estate sales at various agencies including Exit Lakes Realty and MarketLink Realty CENTURY 21. With a foundational education in Sales and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and significant experience in residential and commercial real estate, Pete is dedicated to fostering long-term business relationships and fulfilling client needs.
