Ana Ruth Acosta

Ana Ruth Acosta is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources, talent management, and diversity and inclusion across multiple regions in Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently serving as the HR Director for Rentokil Initial since November 2021, Ana previously worked as an International Career Mentor and Organizational and Life Coach at Hunt That Job, as well as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at InspirandoT SAS BIC. Notable experience at Siemens included leading HR during a significant global reorganization and the COVID-19 pandemic while holding various strategic HR roles. Ana's earlier positions at Nestlé and Procter & Gamble further solidified expertise in leadership development and organizational capacity building. Ana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EUDE Business School, a Labor Law Diploma from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
