Sharon D'Souza

Sharon D'souza has over a decade of experience in human resources, with a focus on various aspects of rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management. Sharon has worked at Rentokil PCI in different roles, including Assistant General Manager and Senior HR Manager. Additionally, Sharon has previous experience as an Associate Consultant at Randstad India. Sharon is currently pursuing an Executive Development Program in Labor Laws at XLRI and is an MBA graduate in Human Resources from St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, University of Mumbai.
