Dagmar Strohmaier

Dagmar Strohmaier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as General Counsel Pacific, Asia & MENAT at Rentokil Initial since January 2021, Dagmar previously held positions such as Senior Legal Manager at Alinta Energy during a brief secondment and General Counsel ANZ - Head of Commercial at Associated British Foods plc from January 2017 to April 2020. With a strong foundation in corporate law, Dagmar has also worked as General Counsel & Company Secretary (Interim) and Senior Corporate Counsel at George Weston Foods, and as Group Corporate Counsel Asia Pacific at Associated British Foods plc. Early in the career, Dagmar gained valuable experience at prominent law firms including Baker McKenzie and Gilbert + Tobin. Dagmar holds multiple degrees in law, including a PhD from the University of Augsburg and a Masters of Law from UNSW, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
