Rosinah Magidi

Rosinah Magidi (Hons) is a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant at Rentoza since February 2023, responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at JSE from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed HR administration, recruitment, and supporting HR Business Partners. Rosinah previously held roles such as Personal Assistant in Financial Crime Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank (April 2016 - May 2019) and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at the same bank (October 2014 - December 2015). Educational qualifications include a Data Analytics certification from the University of Cape Town, a BCom Honours in Human Resource Management from MANCOSA, a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg, and a Diploma in Business Marketing from Birnam Business College.
