David Rogers

David Rogers began their career in 2008 as the Owner and Lead Developer at ethos Consulting. David then took on the role of Chief Nerd Herder and Group Organizer at OrlandoPHP.org in the same year. In 2011, they became Head Snake Wrangler and Unlucky Stiff at OrlandoPython.org. In 2012, they joined Valencia College as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Media Technology in Web Development. In 2014, they began their role as Front End Instructor at The Iron Yard, which they held until 2016. That year, they took on the role of Senior Front End Engineer at Pendo.io and also joined The Iron Yard as a Curriculum Developer. In 2018, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Grove Collaborative and was then promoted to Team Lead in 2020. In 2021, David Rogers began their role at Collective as Team Manager - Platform, Staff Engineer, Sr Engineering Manager, and Tech Lead. David is currently the Head Of Engineering at RentRedi, a position they have held since 2022.

David Rogers attended Clemson University from 1997 to 2000 and studied Engineering and Computer Science, but did not complete their degree.
