Estrella Ciocon

Estrella Ciocon has over 15 years of work experience in technical support and as a virtual assistant. Estrella'smost recent role was as a Live Chat Support for RentRedi since April 2021. Estrella also held various virtual assistant positions with Vibrant Music Teaching and Car Carrier Network from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, Estrella worked as a Technical Support Specialist at iQor in 2017 and as a Team Lead Intern at Ubiquity Global Services from 2015 to 2017. Estrella also has experience as a Technical Support Specialist in Transcom from 2014 to 2015 and as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom and Teleperformance Philippines from 2009 to 2010 and 2007 to 2009, respectively. Estrella also worked as a Technical Support Representative and Subject Matter Expert at TeleTech Philippines in 2006 and has accumulated numerous skills and expertise in technical and customer support.

Estrella Ciocon completed their high school education at St. Joseph's School-La Salle from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, they enrolled in Systems Technology Institute to pursue an Associate's degree in Information Technology. From 2004 to 2006, they studied English Language and Literature, General and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod.
