Dr. Fridmann Hornung

Dr. Fridmann Hornung is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical and hygiene industries, currently serving as Teamlead Production Planning at Rentschler Biopharma SE since September 2022, where responsibilities include S&OP planning and material cost evaluations for GMP production. As the Founder, Owner, and CEO of IDEA2SUR since 2012, Dr. Hornung focuses on business development in Latin America within the hygiene and cosmetics sectors. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Technical Director at Anthem United States of Beauty, Manager of Industrial Development for Sanitary Products at CMPC Tissue, and various leadership positions in product development at HARTMANN GROUP and Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Hornung holds a Ph.D. in Bio-Inorganic Chemistry and a Diplom in Chemistry from the University of Stuttgart, as well as a Master of Arts and Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
