Scott Szczepinski

Scott Szczepinski has a diverse work experience. Scott is currently working as the Director of Finance Transformation at Renuity since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Costa Farms as a Senior Manager of Accounting from October 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Costa Farms, Scott worked at PwC from 2014 onwards. Scott held various roles at PwC, including Manager of FDD Mergers & Acquisitions from July 2020 to September 2020. In this position, they managed a team and conducted M&A engagements for middle market private equity clients. Scott identified deviations from accounting standards and led diligence meetings with key stakeholders.

Scott also worked as a Senior Associate of FDD Mergers & Acquisitions at PwC from October 2018 to June 2020. Scott analyzed target companies' income statements and source documents, evaluated balance sheets, and identified working capital requirements for post-close operations.

Additionally, Scott worked as a Senior Associate of Assurance at PwC from July 2017 to October 2018. Scott was the lead senior responsible for the planning and execution of a major multi-location audit client. Scott enhanced planning procedures, resulting in reduced hours and improved profitability.

Before these roles, Scott served as an Experienced Associate of Assurance from April 2015 to June 2017 and as an Associate at PwC from September 2014 to April 2015.

Scott Szczepinski received their Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting from John Carroll University. Scott does not have any additional certifications at this time.
