Robert Sibert Sr. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and business ownership. Currently a member of the International Society of Automation since August 2023, Robert also holds the position of Grid System & Optimization Tech II at ReNuke Services, focusing on self-healing network modeling and system configuration. As the owner of As We Are Music Group since November 2018, Robert specializes in artist development and music production. Previous roles include leading teams at Pike Engineering on critical infrastructure projects, designing electric distribution facilities at Duke Energy, and developing utility grid systems at KCI Technologies. With a strong educational background, Robert is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic Systems Engineering at ECPI University and holds multiple certifications in electronics and Lean Six Sigma.
