Customer Success Manager at Reonomy

Hayley Parks has extensive work experience in customer success and support roles. Hayley started their career as a Teacher at The Work-Family Connection in November 2013 and worked until December 2014. In 2017, Hayley joined the University of Lynchburg as a Student Philanthropy Ambassador and worked until May 2019. Hayley then worked as a Client Services Intern at Netmining from June 2018 to August 2018.

Hayley's main focus has been in customer success management, as they worked at Reonomy starting in June 2019. Hayley began as a Customer Support Specialist, then progressed to the role of Customer Success Associate from July 2020 to June 2021. Currently, Hayley is working as a Customer Success Manager at Altus Group since April 2023.

Throughout their career, Hayley has gained expertise in delivering asset and fund intelligence for commercial real estate. Hayley'sroles have involved providing advisory services, managing risks, improving performance returns, and fostering strong client relationships.

Hayley Parks attended the University of Lynchburg from 2015 to 2019. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
