Ian Chin

Ian Chin is a Senior Covenants Lawyer at Reorg since June 2022. Prior to this position, Ian served as Of Counsel and Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from November 2019 to June 2022, specializing in international financing and restructuring transactions. Ian also held an Associate role at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from October 2015 to October 2019, focusing on bank lending and acquisition finance. Previous experience includes working as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from August 2010 to September 2015, where Ian engaged in various finance-related transactions, and a Legal Secondee at BNP Paribas in 2014, providing legal advice on corporate transactions. Additionally, Ian was a Non-Executive Director at International Mixed Ability Sports from January 2019 to August 2023, contributing expertise on legal compliance and contract review. Ian Chin graduated with a B.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
