Shweta Rao

Shweta Rao is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of legal products and covenant analysis. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Legal Products for EMEA at Reorg since January 2020, Shweta previously held various leadership roles at the same company, including Vice President and Senior Director. Prior experience includes positions as Solicitor and Senior Covenant Analyst at Covenant Review, Solicitor and Covenant Analyst at Xtract Research, and Lawyer roles at Ashurst LLP and Clifford Chance LLP. Additionally, Shweta worked as Legal Counsel at Barclays Bank Plc. Shweta holds an L.L.M. in Law from King's College London, completed in 2004.
