Siena Joustra

Siena Joustra currently serves as a Projectmedewerker at Reos, focusing on strengthening and supporting primary healthcare systems in collaboration with care providers, municipalities, and welfare organizations since April 2024. Previously, Siena held the position of Trainee at High Select, developing young professionals in the healthcare sector from November 2022 to December 2024. Additionally, Siena worked as a Projectmedewerker for the Babyconnect program, enhancing information exchange in maternity care, from November 2022 to March 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as a PR-communicatieassistent at CircleLytics, where Siena contributed to marketing and communication efforts from February to May 2021. Siena completed a Master of Science in Communication, Policy, and Management at Utrecht University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Leiden University, and participated in an exchange semester in International Relations at the University of Deusto. Educational background also includes a minor in Governance and Organization from Utrecht University and a VWO diploma in Economics and Society from Maerlant-Lyceum.
