Colten Kohler

Colten Kohler, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of partnerships and supply chain management. Colten currently works as the Group Director of OEM Partnerships at REPA The Spare Parts Group. Before that, they served as the Senior Director and Director of Manufacturer Partnerships at Parts Town. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at 3Wire - A Marmon / Berkshire Hathaway Company, where they worked as the Director of Supply Chain and the Director of Product Management. Colten started their career at Valspar, where they worked as a Category Manager and a Sourcing Analyst, managing significant budgets and leading global teams.

Colten Kohler, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Organizational Communication at the Offutt School of Business, Concordia College, from 2007 to 2011. Colten later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Xavier University's Williams College of Business, from 2011 to 2012.
