J.d. Schonhoft

J.D. Schonhoft, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director of Translational Medicine at Repare Therapeutics, where responsibilities include leading clinical biomarker strategies for multiple first-in-human trials, developing patient selection strategies, and managing a small team. Previously, at Epic Sciences, J.D. Schonhoft held the position of Senior Principal Scientist, overseeing clinical biomarker study design and a data science team focused on liquid biopsy tests for genitourinary tumors. Experience also includes a tenure at Scripps Research, where J.D. Schonhoft developed a novel liquid biopsy methodology for amyloid diseases, and a rigorous academic background with a PhD in Molecular and Computational Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a BS in Chemistry from Kent State University.
