Kelly Bollaci, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Kelly is currently serving as the Head of People at RepeatMD since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of VP, People at Monument from May 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they were with Tempest - Acquired by Monument where they served as VP, People Operations from January 2022 to May 2022 and as Director, People Operations from September 2021 to December 2021. From June 2019 to August 2021, Kelly Bollaci worked at Quartz as the Director, People Operations. Kelly held multiple roles at The Mill, starting as Human Resources Manager from September 2012 to February 2017, then as Head Of Human Resources, US from February 2017 to April 2018, and finally as Group Head of Human Resources from April 2018 to June 2019. Prior to The Mill, Kelly Bollaci worked at Buddy Media as Senior Manager, Human Resources from March 2011 to September 2012, as Senior Manager, Operations and Human Resources from January 2011 to March 2011, and as Manager - Operations and Human Resources from November 2009 to January 2011. Before entering the field of human resources, they worked as an Account Executive at Ladmar Associates Ltd from September 2007 to November 2009. Kelly Bollaci also has experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a Licensed Sales Agent at Prudential Douglas Elliman from September 2006 to September 2007 and as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Lee J Smith Associates from January 2004 to September 2006.

Kelly Bollaci, SHRM-SCP, attended Salem High School from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in General Studies. Following high school, they went on to attend Keene State College from 1995 to 1997, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are not provided.
