John Thoma

John Thoma has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. John began their career in 1988 as a Senior Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse LLP). In 1996, they moved to First American Title as Chief Financial Officer, Regional Controller, and State Manager. In 2007, they joined Schnitzer Investment Corp. as Director of Finance and Treasurer, where they identified and realized tax savings of $1.5 million related to the overseas corporate structure. From 2010 to 2012, they served as President of BenefitHelp Solutions at The ODS Companies, where they led a restructure of the organization to increase service levels and profitability by $400K. After that, they joined Hannah the Pet Society as Senior Director of Finance, where they developed and implemented a detailed cash & P&L budgeting model. In 2017, they moved to NOW CFO as a Financial Consultant and Sightbox as Head of Business & Planning. John then joined downstream as Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Reperio Health.

John Thoma obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Oregon, with a Minor in Architecture. John also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
