Regina A. Sherwood, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Regina A. most recently worked at Repertoire Immune Medicines, starting in August 2022, where they held the role of Vice President Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked at Akcea Therapeutics from 2019 to 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Director, providing key HR leadership and support.

From 2017 to 2018, Sherwood worked at Mercer as a Senior Principal Consultant - Careers, where they developed client relationships and provided guidance on workforce rewards and talent management strategies.
