Joseph Hanna has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Joseph began their career at Xmedia Co. in 2005 as a Solutions Developer, where they developed and configured software. Joseph then moved on to Jaidah Group in 2006, where they served as an Information Technology Operations Manager and IT Project Manager, overseeing global business expansion and negotiating contracts for IT infrastructure equipment. From 2017 to 2019, Joseph worked at Master Engineering Services as an IT Director and IT Program Manager, responsible for developing IT strategy, managing suppliers' contracts, and providing day-to-day operational support. Joseph worked as a Freelancer from 2019 to 2021, serving as an IT Consultant and IT Project Manager, delivering customer service, troubleshooting technological systems, and providing solutions. In 2021, they joined Cherokee Federal as a Site IT Manager, where they maintained the integrity of the technology environment for a government Emergency Intake Site. In 2022, Joseph worked at AVEVA as an IT End User Computing Manager and EPM Project Deployment Lead, overseeing the platforms and systems required for modern enterprise user environments.
