Mary Khamphouy

Mary Khamphouy, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mary'smost recent position was as the VP of People Operations at Repipe Specialists, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Cloud 9 Software, overseeing HR matters for remote and international contract employees. Mary also facilitated the transition of new employees post-acquisition and implemented HRIS system transitions. Before that, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at TwoRivers ITAD Solutions, where they oversaw HR and accounting matters for multiple locations and implemented various employee benefit programs. Mary also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at DVMelite, a Human Resources Manager at Full Compass Systems, and a Human Resources Manager at BST North America. Mary has experience in payroll processes, implementing hybrid workforce models, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Mary's earlier work experience includes roles as a Human Resources Administrator at Milio's Sandwiches, Project Manager and HR Generalist at Ideal/Xerlith Printing, Store Manager at Bob's Copy Shop LLC, and Customer Service Associate at The UPS Store.

Mary Khamphouy, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management from Globe University in the years 2014 to 2016. In March 2021, they also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
