Alex O’brien

Alex O'Brien is currently working as the Marine Research and Operations Manager at Operation Wallacea and as a Marine Researcher at rePLANET. Previously, Alex has held positions such as Director of Conservation and Master Scuba Diver Trainer at Utila Dive Centre. With a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Newcastle University, Alex has also worked as a Caribbean Reef Ecology Course Leader, Aquaculture Technician, and Divemaster in various companies, gaining specialized skills in marine research and operations.
