Hachem Mahfoud has over 13 years of professional experience in various industries. In 2021, they joined Replate as the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead, where they manage the company's expansion in the Middle East and North Africa, coordinates operational and marketing plans for key partnerships, leads sales and business development strategy in the region, builds relationships between stakeholders to expand network and generate growth opportunities, and facilitates communications between U.S. and MENA teams. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Salhia Real Estate Company as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects within approved budgets on cost and resources without compromising on quality and safety. In 2013, they worked at wikiHow as an International Project Coordinator, where they worked closely with project managers from each department to find quality translators to produce articles for the international Wikihow sites, provided HR support and offered editorial feedback for prospective contractors, and adapted the content and design of the Arabic website to match the UX of Wikihow. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Sungevity as a Remote Solar Designer intern, where they designed and developed solutions for residential and commercial buildings and assembled information to create project quotes for customers. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Devcon Construction as an Architectural Intern, where they worked closely with the design team developing presentation materials and 2D renderings and maintained the firm's CAD Library.
Hachem Mahfoud attended California College of the Arts from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an MBA in Design Strategy. Prior to that, they attended the University of San Francisco from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a B.A in Architecture & Community Design.
