Saurabh Sharma is currently serving as Associate Director at Replay, managing Gene Therapy Technical Operations. Prior to this role, Saurabh held positions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Krystal Biotech, Inc., and AGTC where Saurabh gained valuable experience in drug product development and process optimization for viral vector production. With a background in Chemical Engineering from University of Florida and Manipal Institute of Technology, Saurabh has a strong foundation in process engineering and optimization.
