Mike McCone currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Replay Destinations since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mike founded M4 Development & Consulting, leading it from February 2022 to July 2023. Mike's extensive experience includes senior positions at Greystar as Senior Director of Development and at Oyster Development Corp as Vice President. Previous roles also include Vice President of Development at Intracorp San Francisco, Senior VP of Design & Construction at The Rosenberg Company, Vice President of Construction at Catellus Development Corporation, and Director of Design & Construction at Trammell Crow Company. Early in Mike's career, work was done as an Associate at SOM. An architecture degree was obtained from the University of Oregon, completing studies from 1979 to 1985.
