Adam McKerlie

Adam McKerlie is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Replicant since December 2023, Adam previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Sentry from June 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams, aligning projects with business objectives, and mentoring engineers. Before Sentry, Adam dedicated a decade to G Adventures in various engineering leadership roles, including Director of Software Engineering for both Customer Systems and Operational Systems, overseeing major eCommerce initiatives and operational tools. Adam’s career began with roles at TELUS, Rogers Communications, and as a Founder of Steeply. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Computing Honours in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
