Asante Muhammad

Asante Muhammad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Field Promotions Sales Representative at Silverleaf Resorts INC in August 2014. In June 2015, they moved on to Transamerica as a Senior Associate. From February 2016 to May 2017, they worked as a Personal Injury Protection/Medical Payment Coverage Claim Associate at State Farm ®. In March 2018, they joined Nintex AssureSign as a Client Services Associate before transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager in September 2020. In 2022, Asante Muhammad joined Simpplr as a Customer Success Manager. They currently work as a Customer Success Manager at Replicant, starting in January 2022.

Asante Muhammad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public and Political Communication from Georgia State University. In addition, they have two additional certifications: one in Customization and Configuration for Dynamics CRM 2016 from New Horizons obtained in May 2018, and another in Accident & Sickness/Life License from the office of insurance and safety obtained in July 2015.
