Shusen Liu

Shusen Liu is an experienced technology leader specializing in machine learning and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Machine Learning at Replicant since March 2022, Shusen has built and scaled multiple teams and launched an innovative product initiative focused on AI for customer service automation. Prior to this role, Shusen was a Principal Software Engineer, driving the transition to large language models for contact center automation. Shusen's previous experience includes various software engineering roles at Facebook from September 2015 to March 2022, contributing to multiple teams within Facebook Assistant. Early career experience includes positions at Microsoft Research Asia, where Shusen worked as a Research Software Development Engineer and intern, focusing on data analysis and advertising technologies. Shusen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from South China University of Technology.
