Dhiraj Srivastav

Dhiraj Srivastav has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dhiraj is currently working at Replicon as the Vice President of Global Professional Services, where they are responsible for leading Consulting, Implementation, Service Delivery, Customer Support Operations, and more. Dhiraj joined Replicon in 2023.

Before joining Replicon, Dhiraj worked at HighRadius, where they held various leadership positions. Dhiraj served as the Associate Vice President of Consulting & Industry Vertical Leader, Manufacturing & Banking from 2017 to 2022. Dhiraj was later promoted to Associate Vice President of Professional Services - Enterprise Market. During their time at HighRadius, they led a team of consultants and played a key role in driving business unit KPIs and organizational transformation initiatives.

Prior to HighRadius, Dhiraj worked at SumTotal Systems as a Practice Director and Director in various roles from 2008 to 2017. Dhiraj also worked at TATA Communications as a Senior Partner Manager and at Infosys and Tech Mahindra in different techno-functional and managerial roles.

Dhiraj Srivastav holds an M.B.A. degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, which was earned between 2006 and 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University (Formerly DCE) between the years 1995 and 1999.
