Arnoud van Leenen

Arnoud van Leenen serves as the Director EU Controller at Repligen Corporation since October 2025, bringing extensive experience from prior roles, including EMEA Regional Controller for Industrial Service and Assembling Centers and Territory Controller at Dana Incorporated from March 2018 to October 2025. At Dana, Arnoud managed financial departments, supported regional managers with financial insights, and ensured compliance with corporate finance objectives. Prior to Dana, Arnoud held various positions at Rockwell Automation from June 2008 to April 2018, including EMEA Treasury & Country Controller and FP&A Group Manager, overseeing statutory accounting, compliance, financial planning, and reporting processes. Early career experience includes roles at ABB as an Accountant Reporting Team member and at Kraton Polymers as a Management Accountant. Arnoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Accountancy) from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and completed professional education in Business Administration and Management.
