Dale Jenks

Dale Jenks has a diverse career history in operations and engineering management. Dale started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Coop at Gorbel in 2002, where they improved assembly processes and organized workstations. Dale then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer/Production Supervisor at CAR Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc., where they managed machining, welding, and assembly departments and assisted the company's growth. At AngioDynamics, Dale served as a Manufacturing Engineer, solving quality and process issues and leading diverse project teams. Dale continued their career as an Operations and Engineering Manager at Loughberry Manufacturing, overseeing production supervisors, engineers, and 23 hourly associates. As a Shop Operations Manager at GE, Dale directed production activities and implemented lean practices. At Bates Industries, they held the position of Engineering Manager, responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and driving down costs. Later, Dale became the Operations Manager at Pallets Incorporated, overseeing production, quality, shipping, and plant performance. As a Plant Manager at Latham Pool Products Inc., Dale successfully scaled up operations to meet increased demand. Currently, Dale serves as the Director of Operations - Site Lead at Repligen Corporation, overseeing functions at a manufacturing site and implementing a continuous improvement program. Throughout their career, Dale has consistently focused on improving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Dale Jenks has a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from SUNY Adirondack, from 1998 to 2001. Their education journey started at Saratoga Springs High School where they completed their High School education in Business/Managerial Economics from 1995 to 1998.
