Dianne M. Heiler

Dianne M. Heiler serves as the Senior Director of Packaging and Sustainability at Repligen Corporation, a position held since December 2016, where Dianne develops global strategies for packaging engineering and sustainability programs, contributing to the Corporate Responsibility Team's ESG initiatives. Dianne's extensive experience includes consulting for Artemis Packaging Inc. since 2010, focusing on innovative packaging solutions and sustainability. Dianne completed the UN Global Compact's SDG Ambition Accelerator Fellowship in 2021 and was a National Fellow at the Environmental Leadership Program in 2015. Previous roles include Professor at San Jose State University, Project Manager for the EPA, Climate Corp Fellow at the Environmental Defense Fund, and leadership positions at Ecologic Brands and Method Home. Dianne holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and dual Master’s degrees in Packaging Science and International Business Administration and Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
