Margarita Nossoughi

Margarita Nossoughi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and CRM management. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Repligen Corporation since June 2025, Nossoughi previously held the position of Global CRM Operations Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories from June 2022 to February 2025. Prior to that, Nossoughi was at Cytiva as the SFDC Process Support Leader and Global Release Manager from March 2020 to June 2022. Nossoughi's earlier career at GE HealthCare spanned from 2003 to March 2020, where roles included ITO Leader, CRM Functional Leader, and Consumables Scientific Support Team Leader. Nossoughi's career commenced as a Research Associate at Linguagen and a Research Assistant at Merck, specializing in metabolic preclinical research focused on obesity and erectile dysfunction. Nossoughi holds an MS in Computational Biology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BS in Biotechnology from Rutgers University.
