Jesse Walker

Jesse Walker has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. They started their career as a Personal Trainer and worked with various companies until 2018. In 2018, they joined Conexess Group as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager, where they excelled as the top recruiter for three-quarters of their time with the company. From 2020 to 2021, Jesse worked at Orbis Consultants, focusing on recruiting Python Engineers for financial services firms and startups. They also played a role in implementing DE&I initiatives. In 2021, Jesse joined Figure as a Tech Talent Partner and contributed to a 35% growth in the engineering organization. Prior to their current position, Jesse worked at Bloomberg LP as a Technical Recruiter and is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Replit since 2023.

Jesse Walker pursued their Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Maryville College from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, Jesse also obtained the certification of Complete Python Developer in 2021: Zero to Mastery from Udemy in July 2021.
