Pier Francesco Fracassi has extensive experience in commercial development and sales, currently serving as Sviluppo commerciale marketing vendite at APPENNINO FOOD GROUP SPA since July 2023. In parallel, Fracassi works with Reporter Gourmet and has held the position of Sviluppo commerciale since January 2021. As the Fondatore of both Extra Prime Consulting and Extra Prime Services, since 2014 and 2017 respectively, Fracassi contributes significantly to the industry. Additional roles include Salesman at Compagnia dei Caraibi and Senior Sales at Balan srl since 2008, alongside founding Enoteca Lancillotto Cagliari in 2004. Prior sales experience includes a position as Salesman at Vigne Surrau from 2004 to 2015. Fracassi's career began in the Arma dei Carabinieri, where the individual served as Maresciallo dei Carabinieri from 1989 to 2001. Education includes study at MIB Trieste School of Management and multiple courses at 24ORE Business School, alongside certifications from the associazione italiana sommelier AIS and various institutions.
