Nicolas Diaz

Nicolas DIAZ currently serves as the Head of Digital Security & Operations at Reporters Without Borders (RSF), a position held since March 2023. Previously, from July 2020 to March 2023, Nicolas worked at DIATEAM, leading communication, project management, and cyber training, including the management of BlueTeam/RedTeam trainings and coordination of the Cyber-MAR.eu program. Prior experience includes roles as Community & PR Manager and Consultant at YesWeHack from September 2016 to June 2019, and serving as Webmaster and Information Technologies Manager at FIDH from March 2000 to October 2015. Nicolas's early career involved managing MAAFORM, a multi-entity hub in Pantin near Paris. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Nantes Université and a CISO in Cyber Security Management & Policy from Lexsi.
