Pierre Dagard

Pierre Dagard is currently the Head of Global Advocacy at Reporters Without Borders (RSF) since September 2023. Previously, Pierre served as Chargé de mission affaires européennes et internationales at Arcom, leading initiatives on online piracy and representing the organization in international forums. Prior experience includes a role at the Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique, where Pierre prepared for the internal competition of the ENA/INSP, and as Chargé de Mission affaires européennes at the Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel. Additionally, Pierre taught a course on audiovisual regulation at Sciences Po Strasbourg and worked as EU & Public Affairs Manager at the European Magazine Media Association, monitoring EU policies. Pierre holds a Master's degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux, an LLM in European Law from Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University.
