Brigit Simler

Brigit Simler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management and employee advocacy. Currently serving as the Global Head of Employee Advocacy at Standard Chartered Bank, Brigit previously held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, including Head of EMEA Human Capital Management and Managing Director, Global Head of Employee Relations & EMEA Head of Talent Development. Brigit began their career at Marks and Spencer, where roles included Employee Relations Specialist and HR Generalist. Brigit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, earned between 1987 and 1990.
