Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ajay began their career as a Diploma Trainee at Paul Components Pvt Ltd in 2008, where they were responsible for production, planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination. In 2014, they joined the Hydrocarbons Education & Research Society as a Business Analyst intern, working in the Strategic department under Mr. Sanjay Kaul. Ajay then moved on to Mount Meru Petroleum Ltd., where they served as an Operations Manager from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they successfully achieved fuel sales targets, managed commercial operations, and ensured smooth sourcing and dispatching processes. Currently, Ajay works at Repos Energy: Fuelling Possibilities, starting in 2018 as a Team Lead and later transitioning to the role of Business Lead in July 2020.

Ajay Kumar has a diverse education background. Ajay completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Oil & Gas Management from UPES in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University) Official from 2009 to 2012. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Tool & die) from Government Polytechnic from 2005 to 2008. Ajay'sprimary education was completed at Army School.

In addition to their formal education, Ajay Kumar obtained a certification in Petro-Retailing from the Indian School of Petroleum & Energy in June 2015.
