Alessandro de Lorenzo

Alessandro De Lorenzo has had a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Alessandro began their career at Rezia Energie as a Risk Manager from February 2007 to February 2008. Alessandro then moved on to Banca Leonardo where they worked as an Equity Arbitrage Trader from March 2008 to June 2009. Alessandro joined Repower as an Energy Trader in July 2009 and transitioned to the role of Commodity Trader in April 2010. Alessandro later served as the Head of Proprietary Trading from January 2018 to May 2022, and ultimately became the Head of Risk Management from May 2022 to the present. Additionally, they also held a position as a Lecturer at FinecoBank starting in January 2014.

Alessandro De Lorenzo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi in the years 2001 to 2004. Alessandro then pursued an MSC degree in Quantitative Finance from the same university from 2004 to 2007. In 2021, Alessandro began their Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi, which is expected to conclude in 2023. Alessandro also holds certifications in strategic risk management from SDA Bocconi School of Management, as well as trader certificates from European Energy Exchange AG and EPEX SPOT.
