Ashley Cooke

Ashley Cooke, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley was Human Resources Manager at Tanger Outlets for over eight years, overseeing full life-cycle talent acquisition and leading various HR functions. Earlier positions at Tanger included HR Generalist, responsible for recruiting and supporting over 500 employees, and HR Assistant, managing benefits administration and compliance. Additional experience includes serving as Office Manager at Benchmark Life Strategies and Assistant to the Dean of Surgery at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
