Ileana Collado Cumberbatch has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Gerente de Gestión del Talento at Reprico, S.A. since January 2015, where responsibilities include comprehensive talent management activities such as recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
