Oyinade Koya

Oyinade Koya serves as the Vice President, Regulatory Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Reprise Financial since May 2023. Prior to this role, Oyinade held the position of Counsel in the Regulatory Compliance Practice Group at Mitchell Sandler LLC from January 2022 to May 2023. Oyinade's extensive experience includes over a decade at OneMain, where roles ranged from Law Clerk to Senior Counsel and ultimately Associate General Counsel from February 2010 to January 2022. Oyinade graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2009 and earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, recognized as a Department Scholar, in 2005.
