Nicole Brunschweiler

Nicole Brunschweiler joined RepRisk at the beginning of 2022 and is the Chief People Officer. Nicole is responsible for establishing and advancing the globally distributed HR team, which supports RepRisk’s growth agenda, covering all people, culture and organization-related strategies, processes, and activities.

Enthusiastic about clients, organization, and people, Nicole is a Human Resources leader with over two decades of strategic HR leadership, business partnering, organization effectiveness and development, transformation and change, consulting and marketing expertise, from the board to the whole organization. She has global leadership experience with a focus on financial services, but also across all industries.

Nicole holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA, with Distinction) from the Warwick Business School in England, a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the FHNW in Olten, Switzerland, as well as a variety of Business and Leadership Certificates.
