Kaif A. has extensive work experience in product management and development. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at Repro India Limited. Prior to this, Kaif held the position of Head of Products & Architecture at TLC Relationship Management P Ltd. They also worked as a Senior Product Manager at DIMTS and as a Product Owner at Wipro Limited, where they were responsible for driving strategic consumer internet and B2C products. Earlier in their career, Kaif worked at Adobe Systems as an Associate Product Manager and Technical Consultant. They also gained experience as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Infotech Enterprises IT Services Pvt Ltd and as a Software Development Engineer at Tech Mahindra. Furthermore, Kaif worked as a Research Analyst at SEDAEM and Research And Development Initiative - India, conducting comprehensive research for political constituencies and providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Kaif A. completed their education at various institutions over the years. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Jamia Millia Islamia, where they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on Computer Science, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming Languages. In 2007 and 2008, they pursued a Post Graduate Program at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, specializing in Information Technology, Product Management, and Project Management. Later on, from 2012 to 2014, Kaif A. attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance. In terms of additional certifications, Kaif A. obtained various qualifications from Wipro, including the Emerging Leadership Program in 2017, Power Of Resilience in 2016, Business of Small Talk in 2016, DNA (Diagnostic & Need Analysis) in 2016, and the Manager Capability Program in 2016. Additionally, in 2019, they completed the International Program for Leaders at Accredian, focusing on Business Leadership and Data Science.
